I need help today. I am working on getting into a certain shape with my body! I'm not making it on my own. I am having a hard time doing different things at different times during the days.

Where I need the help is in my community. I need each and everyone of you to help keep me accountable for my working out and eating right!! So that means:
- check in with me to see where I am at
- be strong with me if I am not on track
- tell me straight if I am not doing what I say I want to
- Help me make good choices in food when you are with me
- Come work out with me
- Be one of my Livestrong.com buddies
- Come up with another way to help me get here!!!
I don't want to be ordinary...I want to be EXTRAORDINARY!!!

Hi Tat, You have already come so far and I am so proud of how amazing you have done and all you have acheived . You inspire me !!!!!! I am here and will commit to a once a week or every other week work out get together if you are game we can have our own training session , mix it up all the time, or not, or simply meet to just run! I would like to be able to up my cardio milege and run, run, run I love it . I know we will have fun with whatever we do. As you already know I am available for chats, suggestions , to listen whatver it takes to support you . You look great already and hey we can be here for each other because I can use it too. We can all use it. You are awesome!

I LOVED the insanity workouts and i love the shakeology shakes by beach body...you get all the nutrition you need and it makes you feel good...if you lived here id say- come paddle with us!!! best workout ever. I think its great your putting yourself out there so you're pushed to accomplish your goals. what a fabulous idea!!
